Frances Nelson McSherry

Costume Design

Frances Nelson McSherry holds an MFA in theatre design from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. Her work as a professional costume designer in New York City and Boston includes design for New York City Opera, Glimmerglass Opera, Opera Theatre of St. Louis, Merrimack Repertory Theatre, The Lyric Stage, and The Sugan Theatre. In 2003, Frances was awarded Best Costume Design, for her work on Sweeny Todd at New Repertory Theatre and As Bees In Honey Drown at Stoneham Theatre, by the Independent Reviewers of New England.
