The most interesting math-related item in last Friday's episode was Charlie's collection of "swarmbots." Of course, this word is actually a phony: it comes from taking the "bot" from robot and adding the word "swarm" to indicate what these objects do. I had to tape last Friday's episode because I was out that night. I just watched it. There are some interesting issues, mostly having to do with pumping water into a tank from the bottom. I'll get to it in a few days. Meanwhile, you might want to read the blog
