In the June 10th blog I discussed various forms of carbon, including "nanotubes" and "Buckyballs". Since I am a mathematician, not a chemist, I was not surprised to receive some corrections. First, these from Petra Reinke.

This episode concerns the murder of an executive who blew the whistle on a fictitious energy company called "Syntel", clearly based on Enron. We find out that the perpetrator killed her in order to cover up some shady financial dealings.
